We offer a remote dial-in support service to registered licence holders. This can be useful for a range of purposes, including installations and upgrades, advanced configuration, and troubleshooting.
Provides up to 90 minutes of remote access time to undertake troubleshooting or advanced configuration.
In most cases work can be performed within one business day of receiving payment.
Any version of GISquirrel is eligible (excluding beta/RC builds).
You must provide remote access to the machine where GISquirrel installed. Acceptable forms include RDP, TeamViewer, LogMeIn, and Skype / Skype for Business. Administrative rights may be required.
